Vanilla

I accidentally clicked on and purchased this backdrop from Minimal at Cosmopolitan so of course I had to use it. From time to time even I tire of my usual vanilla white backgrounds so I try to mix things up every now and then. TBH, I rarely like the outcomes as much. I usually style and blog with a neutral background and am less comfortable/experienced with SL “scene” composition. Come to think of it, I’ve been accused of having a very vanilla avatar too. /notsurprised face.

I bought this dress because it was the ONLY new (non-gown) release I have seen that was not just another super short, skimpy recolor of the pervasive “SL uniform” *cough* “club wear” (though I would just call it predictable). I also bought it despite no Perky fit option. However, I did demo and thought it still fit well enough to wear and enjoy.

Then, when I put it on and stood inside the new backdrop, I realized how truly vanilla the whole thing is. Again.

Good thing I like vanilla.
