This past couple weeks have been pretty terrible IRL. I am not going to detail it here, but I will say that someone very important to me is unwell. Stressful and very sad, I have been away (and will likely be gone again this week and all of next). Needless to say, I could use a very deep breath.
I came home to focus on work for a couple days, not to mention do laundry and change out clothes. I also logged into SL for the first time in more than a week, wine in hand, and happily lost myself while picking through a couple of events and a small selection of “black friday” sales. I was most excited to get my hands on the (discounted) Megapack of my favorite Luna skin from leLAPEAU. Though, you might be relieved to see I am wearing a different leLAPEAU skin here…
Projecting my RL anxieties onto my unsuspecting avatar, this whole style felt fittingly comfy and familiar. We are apparently getting our first snow tomorrow in Boston so I suppose earmuffs have become fashionably relevant in my RL again. Deep. Breath.
No idea when I might be back. Hopefully I’ll have better news to project onto my Second Life avatar soon!
