Dry January

Like a lot of people, I’m doing a completely dry January. No alcohol at all. It’s a good reset for my body and mind after completely overindulging the last couple months. I can’t even blame the holidays tbh; it started before that 😮 Anyway, because I am extra boring whilst sober, today’s style is like so many others that have come before it. It may even incite “ugh, another beige look” – and “haven’t we seen this before?” type of comments, but what can I say, my style is nothing if not consistent. Plus, you know I can’t resist a good inventory dive (my ancient earrings are still some of the best I own in SL).

I haven’t made my way over to Collabor88 yet, but I am enjoying a couple new things here in the meantime: sale skin that I fatpacked from Eudora Beauty (yes, they all look VERY similar, lol) and well-done micro bag from Arnaud Haus. I also inventory dove for these ancient – but still perfect – earrings from Epoque (no longer in world, I don’t think) and trousers from Belle Epoque (huh, naming coincidence), which are one of only a handful of high-waist styles in my entire inventory. /snark I guess classic “cuts” don’t sell as well in SL. /snark off
