Late summer is my favorite time of the summer months. The nights are so crisp – foreshadowing what’s probably only weeks away; and the days are still so warm but you can feel the sun receding slightly. It’s just less extreme. I spent the weekend down at my parents’ house on the beach – which is pretty much heaven – so I didn’t get a chance to really love on and blog all the Uber beauty and fashion from this late summer round. I was much happier with the selection, though. I even walked away with some dresses (!!), which I will blog soon.
Unsurprisingly, my favorite beauty items were the new skin/head from LAQ. This head might actually compete with my Rebel head for something I wear often. We’ll see. My dress is from (fd) at N21, and YES, there is a fatpack available 😀 I love the deep, rich navy as I will soon be back in my staple color for fall (and every other time). I just noticed that my head is Athena and my dress is Aphrodite. Unplanned but amusing!
